Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

We will cover all postage label/mailing expenses for exchanges by emailing you a pre-paid postage label to tape onto your package, and will order the new item to be sent to you right away.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@inspiringsobriety.com.  We will email you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
