Inspiring Sobriety... One Day at a Time

After 13 years of struggling with drug addiction and alcoholism, on July 13th 2021, I had reached rock bottom, so I decided to STOP DIGGING.

I reached for hope, my faith, and a 12 Step program. I wanted to start a Recovery Apparel and Sobriety Gift store for others like me, that want to "Recover Out Loud".

Thank you for visiting and allowing me the opportunity to earn your business. My mission is 100% customer satisfaction. My customers mean EVERYTHING to me.

The Inspiration behind Inspiring Sobriety

Inspiring Sobriety

Inspiring Sobriety is my take on the sober lifestyle to help every individual with substance abuse disorders find a way to “recover out loud”. Over the last 18 months, I have spent an extraordinary amount of time and thought translating my thoughts and feelings into designs as a symbol of my recovery.

I began designing my own apparel, sometimes a cheerful dash of color and inspiration, or sometimes just a little dark recovery humor. This is how Inspiring Sobriety was born.

I never stopped the flow of my thoughts, mended them, or tried to push them away. My recovery journey became far more straightforward with acceptance.

In my entire clothing line, I've ensured that there is no forced positivity portrayed in the graphics, nor any fake promises of a path filled with petals. Acceptance is our only savior, which sets us apart from traditional brands.

Being a recovering addict and seeing my loved ones fall into the trap of addiction and mental health issues, I decided to build a small community of similar people. From my own journey, I learned that the biggest drive for a recovering addict comes from supporting others who are also on the same path.

All of us have experienced addiction in one way or another. Whether it be a journey we take ourselves or one of someone we know. For me, that sobriety is a result of this shared experience of the dark sides of addiction, in addition to the humorous moments that keep us going.

With the help of my addiction recovery community, I developed a unique approach to implementing a 12-step program info my life, and run my day to day with specific spiritual principles. Members of our community get together and connect over their shared struggles with addiction.

I welcome you as a valuable addition to my community, where you will never hesitate to lower your guard and take off that mask you've been on forever. Let us rise above our ashes and tell everyone about our victory.

We Do Recover,

Love Jennifer, a grateful recovering addict and alcoholic.
