Oh Lillian , I'm so sorry to hear that! I'm going to message you directly that particular mug sometimes it's hard to read some of the words cause there's quite a bit of text on it. I recently noticed that myself. I think my printer might have made a change cause they were not giving me a problem in the past.
I'm going to refund you the Entire amount. I'm very sorry for that. Maybe we can choose an alternate mug to give your sponsor that would be easier to read.
